Barry University invites the community to the book presentation “Fly, Fly Away” by national award-winning author Pamela Bauer Mueller. This historical fiction explores the story in the 1960's when more than 14,000 Cuban children were relocated to the United States during what became known as Operation Pedro Pan. An inspiring story that introduces the heroic efforts of so many people in pursuit of freedom for a generation of young Cubans.
