Barry University presents: Cuba: So Close, Yet So Far
The Department of English and Foreign Languages invites the Barry University community to “Cuba: So Close, Yet So Far,” a series of film screenings and panel discussions about the Pedro Pan generation, important moments in Cuban history, and contemporary life on the island. This is a is a community project of Barry University in collaboration with the FIU Cuban Research Institute and Centro Cultural Español, and made possible with the support of Florida Humanities Council, PRAGDA, the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports of Spain, and SPAIN arts & culture.
